Grievance Policy
Continental has a certificate of approval from the Texas Workforce Commission to operate a career school or college in the state of Texas. Continental’s assigned school number is S1075.
Continental’s program (TTDR-500 Tractor-Trailer, Basic) is approved by the Texas Workforce Commission.
Students must address their concerns about the school or the education programs offered by the school by following the grievance process outlined in the school catalog.
Student’s dissatisfied with the school’s response to their complaint can file a formal complaint with Texas Workforce Commission, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
Prospective students will not be denied admission on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or veteran status (except where age, sex, or disability, constitute a bona fide occupational qualification necessary to proper and efficient administration). Any student that believes they may have been discriminated against should follow the Student Grievance Policy.

Continental has been training students to get their Class A CDL since 2000. We have various methods to pay for your CDL license training and Job Placement to assist you with employment one you receive your Class A CDL license.
